Booking & Availability
You can book a room through our website's booking section. Simply select the date, time,
and room type that best suits your needs.

Every room comes equipped with essentials such as high-speed Wi-Fi, audio-visual
equipment, comfortable seating, whiteboards, and complimentary water. For specific amenities,

Yes, additional equipment like projectors, flip charts, or conferencing devices can be
arranged. Please indicate your needs during the booking process.
Payments & Cancellations
We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and digital payments. Full payment is required
to confirm your booking.
Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the booking are fully refundable. Cancellations
within 24 hours are subject to a fee. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for details.
Yes, modifications are allowed based on room availability. Reach out to our support team for
